The flat is a 2-bedroom brick unit in a quiet suburban street in Mission Bay, Auckland. Lovely location – close to Mission Bay (14-minute walk to beach), Eastridge Shopping Centre (c. 7-minute walk), and bus routes (76 to city, 781 to museum/Newmarket). The room is a small unfurnished double with a large built-in wardrobe and mirror (easily fits a double/queen bed but it’s unlikely to fit a desk). Note there is room for a desk/some other furniture in the living area if needed. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living areas furnished (although different from photos). Whiteware etc included. To spit broadband, power and basic flat costs (cleaning products etc). Water is included in rent. (Bills are c $30 to $40 per week.) Note there’s plenty of on-street parking and there’s an off-street park available for another $10 per week if wanted.

One existing flatmate (quiet female professional working from home; geeky 40s freelance editor and Alexander technique teacher) and affectionate elderly cat.

Looking for one flatmate (no couples as the place is too small), 28 years+, clean, tidy and independent. Would ideally prefer someone working in office/on site 3+ days a week as I see a few clients from home.
