Jesse's room

Located between Kaeo and Kerikeri on 12hectares of bush, there is a short bushwalk on the property. Beautiful property with fruit trees.

There are 2 rooms seperate from the house available, attached to either end of the shed. There is a shared bathroom inside. The house is fully furnished (includes a washing machine and dryer), you only need to buy your own food and toiletries.

There is ample parking.

There is a double bed and a single bed and a furniture set available if you’d like. Though you can bring your own furniture.

1 room has a small deck attached overlooking the bush. $275 for this room. Both rooms are available so you have a choice:)

Power, Wifi and Water is included. Pets are negotiable.

I am preferably looking for someone clean, 25+ and working full time.

Kia ora, i am 21years old and this is my family home, so I’m very clean and take good care of it. I work from home. I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I’m friendly but enjoy a quiet home and my personal space.

My partner also stays often and he is friendly, easy-going and tidy.

I have 2 small dogs and 2 cats that spend a lot of time inside. My pets are pretty good but i do clean up after any mistakes immediately. And i hate animal fur on my clothes so i vacuum the couch regularly and the dogs have their own bed inside.
