About the room

Located right in the city centre (by Latimer Square), this is a fairly quiet flat. The flatmates are respectful and independent. They come from all over the world.

We are super close to the cathedral square (7 minute walk). There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops within walking distance. The bus interchange is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. We’re also close to Ara, Alliance Francaise, Aspire2.

About the roomies

The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. There are currently 3 other housemates, all between 22-40 years old, they all work and are clean, and prefer to do their own thing. However, they are friendly.

For couples, the rate is 300/week (utilities included).
