The room gets evening sun and looks out to the road, with views of some forest. The room is 10 meters squared, big enough for a Queen Bed and more. It also has a 0.58 meter deep, 2 meter wide closet. The room also come with its own heat pump and ethernet port for fast reliable internet. The house is a four bedroom, three bathroom house. The property has a backyard that looks over Cobham drive bridge with views of the Waikato River and the bush surrounding the area. It is a walking distance from the Hamilton Lake, Waikato Hospital, and The Hamilton Gardens. Town is also a 5min drive during off peak times (10-15mins during peak). It should be noted that this property is not a party house, but casual gatherings are algood.

I am a Robotics Engineer in Hamilton. I play football, futsal and enjoy to run/workout. I am currently the only one living in the house, but this is likely to change in the future.
