About the room
We have a room available in Orakei. The modern, spacious house has a central heating and cooling system, a great kitchen and living spaces, and a fantastic outdoor area. The room is a good size, with a small balcony and beautiful harbour views. It also features a built-in wardrobe, and you’ll have access to a shared home office/spare room with off-street parking.
The ideal flatmate would be a young working professional, friendly and respectful.
The average cost for cleaner, power, gas & internet is approximately $50 per week. Move-in cost is the first week’s rent plus two weeks’ bond.
Please message us what you do for work & your hobbies and a little about yourself. The room is unfurnished, and we welcome couples (negotiable, $400 p/w), but sorry, no pets. The location is only a short distance from the beach, parks, cafes, and buses, making it easily accessible for public transportation.
