For those colder months, we have plenty of wood stocked up ready for the log burner.

We have a large double bedroom becoming available from 14th May. The room features a built-in wardrobe, has plenty of natural light and sun, and is fully furnished (refer to photos). The window is fitted with heavy thermal curtains, and a privacy roller blind still allowing plenty of sun to get through.

You’ll be living with three working professionals in their late 20’s-30’s, in the aviation, medicine and aerospace industries. We’re after someone who will treat this place as their own, who is clean, tidy, and friendly! We have previously been on flat hikes, and had BBQs outside on the deck. We also have a rescued, four year old tabby named Phoenix.

Unlike many Ponsonby streets, ours is quiet, wide, and has plenty of on-street parking! Bus stops are just a minute away, and we are only one stage from the city.
