• Occupied – Bedroom 2: $210/week (single), $280/week (couple)

• Available – Bedroom 3: $210/week (single), $280/week (couple)

• Occupied – Master Bedroom: $290/week (single), $370/week (couple)

3 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance in total 4 weeks move-in cost

4 weeks’ notice needed to change or terminate the agreement

rent includes fair usage of electricity, water, internet, house cleaning products, carpet cleaner

all rooms furnished with bed frame, mattress, chair, desk and can be unfurnished upon discussion.

no smoker (including e-cigarette), no drugs

You will be living with me (29 Chinese male) a software engineer and a few other flatmates.

You will be living with one indoor cat so please help keep doors closed when possible thanks
