3 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance in total 4 weeks move-in cost

rent includes fair usage of electricity, water and internet(having heater on every day will most likely exceed this.)

landlord(27 male chinese) lives in the lounge and bedroom 2 & 3 share bathroom & toliet with landlord

You will be living with the landlord(27 male) who is a software engineer working full-time(hybrid) at Visa and a few other flatmates.

In total I will have 4-5 people living the house at the same time

You will be living with one outdoor cat
