About the room
The house is located in Tītahi Bay, has off-street parking and is close to public transport (bus stop). It is an easy commute to Porirua City & Porirua Station (20min via bus, 10min via car) and roughly a 5min walk to the local Tītahi Bay beach, shops, chemist and café.
The house itself is warm, double-glazed and insulated. There is one shared bathroom and a second toilet, with a large and sunny outdoor space.
The room is mostly unfurnished, however I can include a set of 2x bedside drawers and 1x tallboy if needed. Bed not included
About the roomies
Kia orana! My name is Lara and I’m 28 years old. I’ve just recently purchased my first home and looking for 2 flat mates. I’m very family orientated and love to stay active. I’m social but also love a movie night and just chilling out.
Preferably would like other female flatmates, who are easy going, sociable, friendly and reliable. Whānau and friends are welcome to visit however this will not be a party flat.
