Sunny bedroom at front of house, just off the kitchen and bathroom. Other bedrooms at back of house so somewhat seperated. Kitchen and bathroom always kept clean and tidy as Im a bit of a clean freak. House is located at the end of a quiet residential street in Hillcrest so through traffic is non existent, nice quiet area. Currently using the room as a second lounge as shown in pictures but will be cleared out for you. Also willing to negotiate rent as it’s more important for me to find right person.

Im a 34 year old tradesman who has his 9 year old daughter every second weekend, One weekend a month Im not here. Pretty quiet stick to myself dont know alot of people here so its pretty chill environment, not a lot of coming and goings. Just like to watch a movie or mess around with my cars in the evening. Gonna be pretty picky about who I get in here because of my daughter. Also in the house is one friendly bulldog, a cat and a lizard XD.
