Room available in my home Availability now, One room available, fits king/queen bed etc, there are three rooms you can choose from but l’m only renting one (so we have spares for guests) Photographed room: Heatpump Double wardrobe I’m a mid thirties, professional, fairly active, I’m a non smoker and fully vaccinated, I am house proud and I enjoy sharing a bottle of vino every now and then, You get: Your own bathroom* good shower - it matters! Your own toilet* *shared with guests if and when they come Access/availability for family and friends to stay in the spare rooms as mentioned ie, if they’re getting boozed - this is not an open invite for numerous people all the time… An epic outdoor deck set up featuring bbqs, a pizza oven, table/benches, spa pool, outdoor fireplace Kitchen is well stocked/overstocked to be fair Lounge/dining is all open plan, Laundry features front loaders/washer and dryer and I have a clothesline on those nice sunny days! There are vegetable gardens itching to be planted out, a decent back yard that’s fully fenced and secure Rent includes: Room - some furnishings if required Power (if you’re a high user this may be split) Water Rubbish High speed internet Netflix Neon Disney + Some basic foods like oil, seasonings, Full access to the house and amenities All cleaning stuff, laundry powder etc All you need is food!
