A single room is available. It has an in-built wardrobe. A full family bathroom will be shared by two rooms. Common facilities include refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dining room, living room and garden. Internet, rubbish, lawn and water bills included. Power bill will be shared. If you need furniture, we can provide at no extra cost. No smokers please. Pets not allowed.
We are a professional middle-aged couple. We love reading or playing board games in the evenings, and during weekends we go on short trips.
