Looking for a flatmate to join us in our Timaru flat It’s an awesome modern place - double glazing, heat pump and log burner! Communal areas are fully furnished and the room can come furnished if need be. The room is spacious with lots of morning sun, and a walk in closet. There is a large shared bathroom, with a shower and bathtub!

Rent is $165 per week and $20 on top for bills weekly

There are 3 flatmates currently all in our 20s, 1 male 2 females. We are working professionals looking for someone likeminded to live with us. We like to be social, watch movies together, go to quiz nights and occasionally cook together
