We have 1x single and 1x double room available in Nawton. House is fully furnished just bring your room furniture. Both rooms have built in wardrobes. The house has a Heat pump and heat transfer system. Pool for use in the summer and pool table. Large back yard with plenty of off road parking. Close to the base shopping centre, supermarket and take away shops. Single room $170 per week. Double room $200 per week. Power and internet split at the end of the month. Usually around $20 a week. You will be living with myself 28 who works in health, fiancé 29 who’s a builder and our cat :). 2 weeks rent for bond required. Ideal flatmates will be in their 20s or early 30s tidy and pay rent on time in full time work or studying and easy going.
