The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed with sliding storage underneath. The living room is fully furnished and kitchen well stocked (piano will be going with my old flatmate sadly). 1 shared bathroom. This apartment has a washer/dryer. (There’s a dishwasher in the photographs but it’s currently broken and just used as kitchen storage)

This city centre apartment gets amazing morning sunlight and is right by Karangahape Road. Some of the best cafes, restaurants, vintage stores and small music venues are right around the corner, plus local parks like Myers Park and Auckland Domain are near by.

I’m looking for someone tidy enough, and fun. Ideally a young female professional or someone in NZ for a working holiday. No smokers. No pets. But bring all the pot plants you want!

This apartment is in the city centre so you will hear street noise, especially during summer music festivals and new years etc. The street sound isn’t notable every weekend, but if you are a light sleeper and street noise is your personal hell - this is not the apartment for you.…There are bars near by so the odds of being stirred from your sleep by a drunk person singing Taylor Swift at 1am are high.
