The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed with sliding storage underneath (other bedroom furniture will be taken by the previous tenant). The living room is fully furnished and kitchen well stocked (piano will be going with my old flatmate sadly). 1 shared bathroom. This apartment has a washer/dryer. (There’s a dishwasher in the photographs but it’s currently broken and just used as kitchen storage)

This city centre apartment gets amazing morning sunlight and is right by Karangahape Road. Some of the best cafes, restaurants and vintage stores in the city are right around the corner, plus Myers Park and Auckland Domain are near by for your nature-fix.

Looking for someone tidy enough and fun. Ideally a young female professional. No smokers. No pets. But bring all the pot plants you want.

It’s not too noisy, but being in the city centre you will hear it when people are out having fun during orientation week, music festivals, new years etc. Street sound isn’t notable every weekend, but if you are a light sleeper and street noise is your own personal hell, this might not be the area for you.…Live here long enough and you will be stirred from your sleep by someone singing Beyonce’s love on top whilst they wait for an uber (and no, they will not hit those high notes).
