Jill's room

The space is an almost self contained apartment within the house. It was originally designed as an AirBnB unit. The flat mate has her own lounge, bathroom and bedroom with their own access into the apartment and onto the deck. It is currently fully furnished and linen can be supplied. Though there is a kitchenette in the apartment the flat mate shares the main house kitchen and the laundry. Off street parking is available and there is CCTV on the drive area where the car is parked. In is quiet space and the outlook is onto trees so it is peaceful. The ideal flat mate would be a mature, non-smoking person who works full time.

The home is owned by a nurse in her early 60’s and she lives in the other half of the house. Her partner lives next door and often visits along with his Border Collie dog. The owner enjoys yoga, reading, cooking and looking after the gardens around the house.
