The property is 4-bedroom house located on Rimu Street, Maeroa, It is a fantastic location with the CBD and Te Rapa only being a short trip away.

The property was brand new when we moved in (September 2021) and as such will easily keep you warm and healthy through the winter months.

You will have 2 double bedrooms to do with as you please (I currently use one as an office) and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The rent is $255 a week and includes super-fast internet and power. The bond is $650 and your name will go on the tenancy and the bond refund documents for your protection. Rent is payable in advance.

Total move in costs would be $905 (which includes your first week rent).

The room is unfurnished but this is negotiable as I am moving overseas.

Off-street parking is available. No pets sorry.

You would be living with 2 professionals in their mid/late 20s so ideally you will be of a similar age. There is no intention to get a fourth flatmate as this stage so there is more than enough space for everyone.
