About the room
This is the biggest room in the apartment with heaps of space for queen bed and wardrobe. The apartment building was renovated not long ago so the amenities are in great condition and the apartment is super warm and dry.
The apartment is located in Pipitea, great location, 10 minute walk from Wellington central station and bus stops at our doorstep.
We’re preferably looking for a female working professional or older student who is respectful, easy going and clean but we’re not super strict on this.

About the roomies
2 yopros in their earlier twenties working in consulting and 1 student. All easy going, respectful, friendly and live busy lives but love to come together for a yarn when our schedules align.
