Fully furnished East facing room available for single person in 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Whitby!

The home is warm and sunny, and only a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. Plenty of off street parking and Paremata station is at 5 minutes drive.

The room comes with King Single Bed, Side table, tall boy and wardrobe.

You will be sharing the home with a couple who are full time working professionals. We are pretty quiet, clean, relaxed and respectful of each others boundaries. We are looking for a like-minded person who will fit in and preferably vegetarian.

Its a 2008 built modern home.

Wifi is included in the rent but electricity will be shared during the winter months. 2 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance will be the move in cost.
