1 double bedroom with single wardrobe available in a 3 bedroom flat located in whitiora. house is furnished and the room is available furnished (with a double bed and bedside table) if wanted, couches, whiteware etc. we can furnish with a double bed and a bedside table if needed. Lovely house near the river and close to mill street pac n save and five cross roads. Rent is $210 per week which includes utilities. A new heat pump installed late last year, good internet with fibre. Upstairs bathroom shared with one other flatmate (F). Another toilet with the laundry on the ground floor. terraced housing, the neighbours are pretty chill, no issues so far. Lovely little outdoor area with a wooden picnic table which is lovely during summer, and there is a little washing line outside as well (we tend to use clothes horses more). Current flatmates are in their early 20s, one full time working and one full time studying. looking for someone in a similar age range, no couples or pets unfortunately. We aren’t a party flat, we don’t mind a wine or two on the odd occasion, and we’re always down for a movie night and tend to chronically binge watch TV shows in the lounge (our couches are pretty comfy).
