• 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms • big deck with all day sun and city views!! • comfy open lounge and kitchen • 10 minute walk to town • 5 minute walk to oriental bay and New world
Current flat mates are early 20s mix of yo-pros and students
The room it’s self is a double, has a queen in currently but could easily fit a king. There’s a built in wardrobe and plenty of space to add more storage/ desk.
The room is unfurnished but has a fitted wardrobe and can come with the bed if needed.
Available from the 3rd of July but can be a bit flexible with this.
Rent : $420 per week + bills paid monthly
