Hi, it’s a 2 bed 2 bath one of 4 unit (number 3). Two double wardrobes available for your storage or kitchen items. Plenty of car park on the street. Off street car park can be arranged if required. Looking for a peorfessional male of female who is tidy and pays rent on time. Please keep in mind I am eggetarian amd prefer someone who is same. No smoking or drinking inside the house.

I will be the only other tenant, I am 25 y/o, working full time. Work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office as a Custoemr Service Officer. I am friendly but also like my privacy. Currently my mum is living in the other bedroom and she is going back to India on 7 June. Can do an early move in, if happy to adjust for few days.
