Large bedroom in 3 bedroom house. Has own toilet, shower and own access via ranch slider and access into the house itself.
Uncovered parking and has section with nice trees. Room for a garden if you like to garden. Deck area to relax. Coromandel town is 5 min drive from home Rent covers internet, power and water.
Food will be additional and need to cook own meals.

Roomies are 3 cats and a dog. Female in 50’s.
Pretty easy going space. I work nights from home so require quiet space day and night so would work for single quiet person.
Open to a dog if cat friendly and gets on with my boy who is good with other dogs.
