Hi! We’re looking for a female student / early 20’s to sublet our lovely roommate’s bedroom until the end of the year while she is on her Med School rural placement. As it is a sublet, the room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser, and mirror.

Located on a surprisingly quiet street just off K’Rd (Great North Road end), our cozy 3-bed, 2-bath apartment is close to city action with quick n easy access to public transport. Warm, dry and quiet as a Pink Batts ad, our little apartment boasts all brand-new, high-end whiteware, central-heating, fibre and a great balcony to watch the sunset / sunrise over the city.

As if all that wasn’t enough - you’ll be living with us - and our slightly over-zealous plant collection.

We’re 2 female, students (20 and 24) who would classify ourselves as “weekend-social”. We’re looking for someone who, like us, is clean and considerate. We’ve always become good friends with our flatmates so we’re looking for someone who we can hang out with from time to time. One of us is a part time mixologist so often not home in the evenings but if I am, I will be practising making yummy cocktails or studying.

Extra points if you have a green thumb or will share your Amazon Prime (we already have all the others).

Upon move in, we would need one week’s rent ($280) and bond ($1120). Expenses are $30 a week, which covers all utilities and flat consumables such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies and some very basic cooking essentials.

No couples, pets or smokers please.
