Room available for short term rentals. This is a large house overlooking the Manukau Harbour in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The room is spacious and sunny with lots of natural light. It has queen bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a work/study desk, unlimited fibre broadband. Full use of kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry. 1Km to Supermarket, cafes, take-aways, post office, ATM Doctor, Dentist pharmacy. Bush walks nearby. Bus stop @ 160metres. It is approx. 45mins to city by 25L bus which departs every 10 mins during the week. By car it is 8mins to SH 20, 20 mins to airport.

About the roomies

I am an active semi-retired female owner. Interests include theatre, music (I teach part-time from home studio), travel, reading, gardening, and tennis. I have one 16year old cat. Will not suit anyone who does not like cats. I have a self contained flat downstairs with long term tenant (male 40).
