Robyn's room

Room available for medium term rentals. This is a large house overlooking the Manukau Harbour in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The room is spacious and sunny with lots of natural light. It has queen bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a work/study desk, unlimited fibre broadband. Full use of kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry. 1Km to Supermarket, cafes, take-aways, post office, ATM Doctor, Dentist pharmacy. Bush walks nearby. Bus stop 160metres, (45mins to city by bus) 20 mins to airport by car.

I am a semi-retired female owner. I currently have another room rented but the couple are moving to their own home in April. Until then you would share bathroom with them (toilet is separate room from bath room) I have my own ensuite. Will not suit anyone who does not like cats or has allergies (I have 2) I have a self contained flat downstairs with long term tenant (female 48)
