Located in Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa. This is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Your room is a large master bedroom fits king size bed, tv and desk etc easily. Has walk in wardrobe and own ensuite. The study/guest room has another double wardrobe and your guests can stay as there is a king single bed with another pull out.

It’s otherwise warm, HRV, double glazed. Has heat pump. We’ve had no safety issues and neighbours are nice. Landlord does gardens and someone mows the lawns. There’s a single fridge/freezer upstairs to share and a double fridge/freezer downstairs for overflow. Plenty of food storage. There is garage storage too. Washer/dryer. I don’t think we need anymore kitchen appliances. The stove is gas with 6 elements do easy to cook with someone else. We do our own food usually though. Open to sharing a drink and having a chat.

Walking distance to supermarket, local pub, shops, local beach, playground, leisure centre with gym and pool. Shakespear regional park is great to walk around. The estuary in Orewa & a great beach. We are maybe a 250m walk to the bus stops. Alternatively the gulf harbour ferry goes to britomart.
