Garima's room

There is one spacious room available at North East Valley in a fully furnished flat. It is an ideal location! It’s far from the parties but also close enough to the university! Just a 20 min walk to the centre of the campus! The bus stop is right outside so getting to places won’t be a problem. There is also car parking nearby for those who have a car. The landlords are really lovely.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other students. The place comes with a big basement where you can store extra things if needed. We are with a company that offers free power from 9 pm-12 am so it is super convenient! We’ve got two heat pumps so it’ll be super toasty during the winters.

We are looking for tenants that are respectful and tidy, and know how to clean up after themselves.

The rent per week is $150 (excluding power and wifi) and the bond is $300.

There are three lovely girls that are currently on their second year of uni! Super chill and fun to be around.
