Michele's room

The land area is close to 4 acres planted in Natives and various fruit trees. The listing is for one room only, at this time I have 2 available. The rooms available are a room with a Queen sized Bed room and a twin bed room. So you have a choice. The twin room is available from the 29th May. The other is available now 22.05/2023. They have been listed on Air B and B and is very quiet at this time so this is something I thought to try. The home is close to the beach. We are close to Cape Reinga also. There is a lake bordering the property and canoes to use. I have a dog just over a year old. Roomie must be dog friendly. The Far North is such a special place and we are able to offer advice on must see places and things to do. The home is 7 minutes from Awanui and 15 minutes from Kaitaia.

I have been in this Villa home for approx 25 + years and raised 2 sons here. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is mine. One I will leave for Air B and B with a possibility of renting out also. Your room can have a bed removed if you require more space. We share Kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry available and a 2nd toilet. I have enjoyed hosting visitors from other countries, some have stayed to help out on the land. Others have stayed through Air B and B. I currently have a friend living in her bus on the land with her 2 freindly dogs also. She is independent with her own amenities.
