About the room

We are looking for 3 new tenants (females only) to takeover our room in a 5-bedroom flat at Cargill Street. Near the city centre and less than 15 minutes walk to the Central Library. Rent is excluding power and wifi. The lounge and kitchen are furnished (got TV and couches as well). Bedrooms are not furnished but the current tenants would love to sell their things at reasonable price. Will update more photos soon!

About the roomies

One current tenant is working and the other one is a postgrad student. Both are quiet and mature tenants, but sometimes would love to have a chit chat at the lounge.
