Liana's room

I have 2 rooms going in a 3 bedroom flat. One is very large ($250 p/w incl), and the other is smaller (230 p/w incl) but still very spacious. Large room gets really nice afternoon sun and smaller room gets morning sun. Located on Adelaide Road, 2 min walk to Countdown and bus stops, 7 min walk to Newtown (my current flatmate says 5, but he has v long legs). Huge backyard with pizza oven that is more than welcome to be commandeered as is currently mostly unused. Also, must love dogs as I have a little 6 month old pomsky :)

Both flatmates are moving overseas, so it will just be me. I’m easygoing and tidy, I work part-time for chess.com and am also studying. Very chill but definitely looking for someone mature, tidy, and self-aware. I love music and anything creative, I have lots of instruments that you’re more than welcome to use incl a drum kit and piano. Love hanging out but also very much need my individual space <3
