We rent a stylish modern, 2 story 3bed house with all the mod cons Healthy home certificate Double glazing, venluree blinds throughout, spacious room with high ceiling and built in dbl full height wardrobe. Large open plan living space, small tidy lawn and patio with built in seating. The room only shares the family bathroom with Me ,mature female non bathroom hog and it’s always clean and shiny. My Son works full time, I am doing a bachelor degree and working part time. We both have busy lives and chose this place for its sleek interior and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect pad for urban living.

My Son and I are pretty happy with life. We are both into keeping fit . We are usually pretty busy so home is a place to unwind. Cook a meal, I like a wine. My son doesn’t drink. He’s quite serious about his gym routine. I just do it because I know I feel better after. We buy our own food but sometimes make a meal to share with each other. He occasionally invites people over for a cards evening. I have the odd friend pop in for a beverage. He works at Mitre10 I’m At Unitec doing an Art and design degree and will be working part time too.
