Lydia's room

This is a super cute flat in North Dunedin. It’s 10 minutes away from both the University and the centre of town. Double-glazed and quite warm for a Dunedin flat. The flat gets a lot of sun, and has a great view over Dunedin. There are 4 Bathrooms with 3 toilets and 2 showers with an automatic lighting system. The flat also has an HRV system which keeps the house warm and dry. We have a small outdoor area with a picnic table and couches. There is also plenty of street parking.

The flat is unfurnished, but the current tenants will be selling their furniture!

The flat is all girls in their early 20s, either at Uni or just starting to work. We are super social but also like our own down time. We often head out to the beach, go on walks, go to the Saturday markets and we love our weekend coffee dates!
