London Street

The flat is on London street so has a great central location while still being close to uni. The room is a good size with a built in closet, shoe rack, towel rail, pin board and mirror, and can come fully furnished or empty. The flat itself is super great, with a sunroom that goes out onto a deck, a comfy lounge and large TV, kitchen with great appliances and a courtyard in the middle. I’m a female in my 5th year currently looking for someone to sublet my room in semester 2 as I am going on an exchange. The flat is 6 person and all female with an amazing group of girls all in their 5th year who like to have a good time as well as being studious. Everyone is super friendly, and we all love spending time watching TV together or just relaxing and chatting in the sun room.
