About the room
I have a room available to lease from the 23rd of June to December 31st however I can be flexible with the dates.
It’s an awesome location with an 8 minute walk to University and a 3 minute walk to the Octagon with the nearest supermarket only 400 meters away. You’ll be sharing the flat with 5 other guys. Rent is $175 and the bond is $700 (4 weeks rent).
If you have a friend you would like to move in with another room is also available to rent during the same time period.

About the roomies
You’ll be flatting with an awesome group of lads who’re always keen for a good time whether it be heading out for a meal, having some social beers or getting out and about to experience Dunedin. They’re a mature group of students who’re studying at the University and know when to put their head down and will also respect work requirements if need be.
