About the room
Room available to rent from now until December 2023. Room is unfurnished, large and bright with high ceilings, double glazing, a built in wardrobe and a built in desk.
The building is really safe and private. The flat has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living area and modern kitchen. It is super warm as the apartment is above a business so we get seconary heating from that. The flat shares a large patio with the other flats in the apartment complex.
Great location. 10 minute walk to uni, 10 minute walk to town. Rent is 195 a week but we put in $5 extra for shared products.

About the roomies
You will be flatting in a mixed flat (2 guys, 2 girls). Three third year students and one full time worker who love to do flat activities but also focus on study when need to!
