This is a modern 2 bedroom unit with double glazing and heating/aircon. Shared kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom, storage room, outdoor area and lockable bike shed.

The room for rent is a large double bed room with a queen size bed and large wardrobe. Bedding and linen provided unless preferred otherwise. Shared bills for electricity and internet.

Located on the edge of Tauranga, Omokoroa has got beautiful beaches and walkways! Kiwifruit-work (see below), Supermarket, Cafes, Take Aways and sports fields close bye. 20 minutes to downtown Tauranga, 30 minutes to Mount Maunganui.

Looking for a friendly, easy going, respectful and tidy couple ($260 p.w.) or one female ($200 p.w.) to share my flat from June 13th. I am thinking it might suit either a professional person/ couple or international people doing work & travel.
