Youll be living with two girls in there 20’s everything you need to live is with in walking distance cause gas prices 🥵 😂 hahaha

Were looking for someone who cleans up after themselves washes dishes e.c.t & pays rent on time doesn’t mind a few drinks around them or joining in on them a side from that tho were pretty quiet.

Absolutely no animals , couples or kids either as part of the tenancy agreement 🚫🐱🐶

Preferably were looking for a girl just cause house full of women 🩷 but if youre a cool guy you will be concidered.

You will have to sign a room mate agreement and we have a cleaning schedule that can be change with in reason.
