House is fully furnished, the bedroom is furnished with a good quality queen size bed, a desk, a tallboy and a big built-in wardrobe. You’ll have a designated carpark and also your own shower room.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to motorway, Massey University, Albany mall, local shops (takeaways, liquor shop, cafe, and dairy), 1 min walk to a bus stop and plenty of parks for a walk, close to a gym and fast food restaurants McD, Wendys, Burger king.The house is sunny throughout the day, with a good size of bbq area and garden.

You will be living with one couple who are easy to live with, and always up for a laugh. We are friendly, social, easy going, love to have a chat and chill after we get home from our busy day and sometimes go out together. We don’t see a housemate as just someone who helps pay the bills and rent the room. We established great friendships with our former housemates, some of whom have become our friends for life.

We live a quiet life, so an ideal flatmate would be someone of a similar stage in life. We value cleanliness and tidiness so our potential flatmate will need to be someone who is clean, responsible, considerate and tidy.

No pets please. We already have one lovely toy poodle, Periwinkle who likes being around people and cuddling. : )

Utility bills included in the rent fee (power, water, unlimited fibre speed internet, toilet papers, & sundries). Please note the rent rate is for 1 person, If you rent the room as a couple, the rent rate is different.

We welcome short-term rent as well if you are staying here for at least 3 or more months.
