About the room
Good location - close to parks, beach, and shops (around 800m) but still in a quiet area, good for people who would like to go for a trip to Auckland. New and modern unit that is clean and comfortable. Guests have to their disposal whole downstairs studio with private entrance, made up of 1 big room with 1 double and/or 2 single beds and a lounge area and a well-equipped kitchenette, plus a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Also, to their disposal Guests have access to a patio area and an outside dining area with barbecue. Guests can park on the street, usually there are few spaces available.
About the roomies
We are a family with two kids, we will live upstairs above the studio so if you have any questions or need any help don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks
