Dbl room sunny semi furnished ( bed, dresser, bedside tables) if required. Shared bathroom but 85% of the time its all yours. To share with 2 x females 50+, 1 smoochy cat and 1 geriatric jack russell. Must be independent, tidy and working ( students negotiable). No couples. Off street parking. Located only 5 min walk from West Harbour Marina, 10 mins to Whenuapai, Westgate, 15-20 min commute to Nth Shore/ Albany.

Owner- 50s, female, working full time and 1 part time roomie ( 3 nights a week) Friendly, sense of humour, loves a good movie or book, social drinker, cooking, walking.
