About the room
The house is located in Tītahi Bay, has off-street parking and is close to public transport (bus stop). It is an easy commute to Porirua City & Porirua Station (20min via bus, 10min via car) and roughly a 5min walk to the local Tītahi Bay beach, shops, chemist and café.
The house itself is warm, double-glazed and insulated. There is one shared bathroom and a second toilet, with a large and sunny outdoor space.
The room is unfurnished and can fit a double or king single bed comfortably.
