Nicola's room

Great character Villa with heaps of space, lovely new kitchen and bathroom! Two decks mean you can take full advantage of a sunny Hawkes Bay day. The room can be furnished or unfurnished up to you.

I work full time in sustainability and enjoy reading, a wine in the sun or hanging out in nature in my free time. There is currently one other flatmate leaving in December, she is a doctor at the hospital. You will also be sharing with a ginger cat and a lovely small dog. An ideal flatmate would be someone in Hawke’s Bay for the short term looking for a home base. You would have experience sharing a house so know about cleaning etc. You would enjoy having a chilled out space after work mixed in with some casual socialising on the weekend.
