Nicola's room

Great character Villa with heaps of space, lovely new kitchen and bathroom! Two decks mean you can take full advantage of a sunny Hawkes Bay day. The room can be furnished or unfurnished up to you.

I work full time in sustainability and enjoy reading, a wine in the sun or hanging out in nature in my free time. There are two other flatmates (both leaving at the end of the year). You will also be sharing with a ginger cat and a lovely small dog. An ideal flatmate would be someone in Hawke’s Bay for the short term looking for a home base. You would have experience sharing a house so know about cleaning etc. You would enjoy having a chilled out space after work mixed in with some casual socialising on the weekend.
