Large cosy room (in a 3bed house) fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, cubicle cabinet, tv table (with cupboard/drawer space),bedside table, wardrobe space is great,warm but no heating in room however the house has central heating. Carpeted,curtained & light dimming switch. This room gets great sun & bedding is available to use if needed. The space is absolutely amazing. Bathroom,kitchen, laundry,cosy cute yard,lounge is a little small but has ample space for guests over,the house comes with many household items to your avail & bills are split but comes to about $30-40p fortnightly at most (incl.wifi)

Chilled group of mates, hospitality professionals & 1 nurse just moved in (married young couple), accommodating,likes cooking,lounging together over a chat and meals, rarely home being in this field,they absolutely respect your privacy or alone time,they generally keep to themselves too & are very easygoing.
