About the room

Lovely two bedroom property based on top of the hill with all day sun in a friendly neighbourhood. Recently refurbished bathroom, log fire and freshly painted house, new carpet. 3.2km to Dunedin Octagon with a bus stop right outside the gate. Room has a built in wardrobe and fits a queen bed comfortably, full length black out curtains. You will be living with the owner and the price includes unlimited fibre and bins. The power and the wood aren’t included but split evenly at the end of each month Can furnish the room if required, price would be different.

About the roomies

I am 29 and enjoy activities including gym, mountain biking and power hooping. Also enjoy crafts and spending time with friends and family. I am clean, tidy, respectful and non smoker and looking for preferably a female with similar qualities. I am reasonably quiet but enjoy being busy.
