Looking for two flatmates. Preferably long term but will consider short term.

We have a very pleasant large home in central Ruawai.

There is a choice of 3 bedrooms - you choose which suits your needs and budget.

The cost includes power, water and unlimited internet (Fibre).

Bedroom 1 - double room, comfortable queen bed, bedside table, lamp, chair and a large built in wardrobe. ($170pw - suit One flatmate who maybe has a bit of stuff)

Bedroom 2 - double sunny room, comfortable queen bed (almost brand new), bedside table, chest of drawers, lamps, chair single wardrobe and ottoman, Aluminium blinds, secure window stays (the room is surrounded by a verandah) and a large ceiling fan for those hot summer days ($180pw - suit One flatmate with small amount of clutter - ie limited storage)

Bedroom 3 - huge double room, comfortable king bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, armchair, computer desk + office chair with double built in wardrobe and a TV aerial ($190 - suit One flatmate OR $230 for a couple).

As we have limited off street parking this will need to be considered if you have a boat, campervan etc.

We usually find we only have one room rented at any given time and if this is the case then you will have exclusive use of the shower (recently renovated) and WC, fridge/freezer (in the laundry area) and large pantry (just off the kitchen area). If we rent out a second room you will need to share with the other flatmate. There is an expectation that flatmates keep their bathroom and own bedroom clean and tidy. We have our own separate bathroom and WC so you will not have to share with the owners.

Modern quality kitchen and laundry facilities. We probably have every kitchen appliance you could wish for in a kitchen including a relatively new large induction stove.

NO SMOKING in the house but you are welcome to smoke on the deck or under cover in the back garden.

We have three cats so probably not ideal for you if you are allergic to cat fluff.

About you: Clean and tidy. Sense of humour. Pays rent on time and trustworthy.

We have a Four Square, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Vet and Takeaways just a short walk away. Local schools are about 2.3kms away.
