We have 2 rabbits (Scout and Possum) in an enclosure around back, they are very cute and friendly. Electronic front door lock - so no need for keys. Available is the front room, gets plenty of light in the day with nice blinds to shut it out when needed. Room has a ceramic panel heated with digital time/temp control. Room has a data jack with over 800mbps fibre internet connection and we have pretty serious Wi-Fi too. The LED light in the room is brightness and colour switchable (3K/5K) to suit your needs. The cupboard is wall to door and 700mm deep. Overall room dimensions are 4m from door to back wall (including cupboard), 3.5m from window to wall with data jack and heater. The bay window is 0.4m deep. No furnishings included but we can sort you out with a bed if necessary.

Bathroom is shared with Jay, he is clean, tidy and considerate. Water pressure is incredible and we are on endless gas hot water. 10kg washing machine and 8kg self condensing dryer. Plenty of pantry and fridge space so you can have a shelf to yourself in each. We have an InSinkErator, flexible hose kitchen sink tap, dual dish drawer and gas hob.

3 flatmates. Storm 28M, Jay 29M and Nicky 24F, student/tradie, work from home IT professional and tradie. We love to cook and will occasionally put on a shindig to get use of the outdoor pizza oven and wood fire BBQ, we enjoy a good drink but keep within our limits. We don’t smoke anything but meat. Kitchen is fully decked out with all the appliances, bakeware and ceramics you could want - but if you have a nice sandwich press :D
