About the room
Move in date is flexible between 17 June - 15 July.
Good sized room available for $180 per week in Northland, at the end of Orangi Kaupapa Road.
The home has a gorgeous view, is well insulated, has tonnes of storage, and a nice kitchen and bathrooms. Bus stop is 5 minute walk away (30 mins into cbd from the front door) or can walk to town in about 35 mins. Home is fully furnished.
Bills are paid at the end of the month and we use splitwise for any flat necessities. Power is usually $15-20 per week depending on the season; Internet is $15 per month. The lease is becoming Periodic as of 24 June.
The bond is 4 weeks, and rent is paid 1 week in advance. The lease is turning to a periodic lease as of 24 June. Rent will stay the same.
About the roomies
You will be joining four other flat mates (3 ladies, 1 guy) aged from 27 - 31, all working as professionals in the CBD.
