Hi, Hola, Kia Ora! I’m looking for 2 flatmates to share this beautiful cosy wooden house with me. The house is in Melville (Hamilton). I’ve already been living in that house for 1 year and the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. My idea would be to rent 2 rooms to 1 person each, or 1 room to a couple. The rooms are unfurnished but there may be a possibility of having a King size bed. For each room individually you’d pay around 170$, or 300$ as a couple + shared expenses. The house has all the facilities you’d need (kitchen with stove, oven, big fridge, clothes washing machine, Wifi, a bath and a shower… and even a Japanese style WC!). The house can be warmed up by a potbelly firewood burner or by using some electrical very efficient heaters I have around the areas. There’s a spacious garden with beautiful ornamental plants, space for a veggie garden and some fruit trees too. As you’ll see in the pictures, this is how the house looks in a normal day, so I assume the person will be tidy and likes clean spaces :).

I’m a 29 y.o. Spanish girl who arrived in NZ 1 year ago. I’m doing a PhD at the Waikato University so I’m usually out for most part of the day and arrive home around the evening. I’d like to find someone around my age, who is working or studying, and likes to socialize and share some activities every now and then, but that also knows when someone needs their personal space and peace. I’d be keen to have some drinks every now and then with cool music and friends, or watching a movie, playing boarding games, organize some trip to go for a hike, or going out for a dance :).
