We are renting one of our bedroom in our beautiful home. We are a married couple, both working full time mon-fri during the day in construction and hospitality industries. We usually have early quiet nights due to our busy schedules and prefer someone with a similar life style/schedule to ours. We are looking for another quiet and clean tenant to share our home and become friends.

Room can come unfurnished or with a bed. There is build in wardrobe. Rest of the house is furnished. You will have your own shower as we use our en-suite.

The house is 5 min drive from parameta train station, only 10 seconds away from the bus stop, 5 min drive to whitby shops and 10 min drive to porirua centre. We have some amazing greenery views from every room in the house. We also have a back yard, where we grow our veggies and relax on a sunny day. If you own a car, there are lots of on street parking available at all times.

We live with our 11 year old dog Andre. He is a full of love fur-ball and very easygoing, quiet and friendly. Therefore, you must love dogs.

Unfortunately NO COUPLES or other pets.

The room is $250 p/w plus expenses to be split in between 3. It is available to be moved in anytime.
