Steph's room

This is a large sunny house in Karori. It is at the end of the street so there is plenty of free street parking and it has beautiful views of the skyline walk. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Karori town, where you can find supermarkets, bus stops, a library, cafes, a pub and all other amenities. This is the master bedroom, it has 2 wardrobes and has a large private ensuite attached. It is furnished with a bed and bedside tables and a single couch chair. This room would be perfect for a couple.

The room is $330 per week and $30 of expenses per person per week. Bond is 3 weeks rent.

My partner, Jono and I own the house and live down stairs with our cat, Bella. We are friendly and respectful. We enjoy the occasional games, sport or movie night.

Upstairs there is a couple and a single male who all work/study hospitality. They are quiet and respectful.
